Terms of Service

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 Yeon Hwa Chung(이하 “운영자”)이 제공하는 세계 지도 탐험 서비스 “worldwidebaby”(아기 탐험가)(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

• 세계 지도에서 나라를 선택하거나 아기 캐릭터를 옮겨 나라 정보(이름, 수도, 언어, 인구, 대표 음식, 국기)를 보는 기능
• 출발 공항 기준 비행 시간 추정, 외부 항공권 검색·지도 검색·관광청 인스타그램 링크
• 배경 음악
• (로그인 시) 탐험한 나라를 “여권 도장”으로 저장하고 출발 공항을 기억하는 기능

서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 항공권 예약·결제 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 생깁니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 화면 또는 이 페이지에 알립니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (계정과 로그인)

• 지도 탐험 기능은 로그인 없이 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 로그인(계정 생성)은 만 14세 이상의 보호자만 할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 보호자의 계정으로 보호자와 함께 이용해야 합니다.
• 이용자는 자신의 이메일 계정과 Google 계정을 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 로그인 링크를 다른 사람과 공유해서는 안 됩니다.
• 이용자는 언제든지 탈퇴(계정 삭제)를 요청할 수 있으며, 처리 방법은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

제5조 (아동의 이용)

서비스는 가족과 어린이를 위해 만들어졌습니다. 외부 링크(Google 지도, Google Flights, 인스타그램)로 이동하는 콘텐츠는 운영자가 관리하지 않으며, 일부는 이용 연령 제한(예: 인스타그램 만 13세 이상)이 있으므로 보호자의 지도 아래 이용해 주세요.

제6조 (정보의 정확성)

• 비행 시간은 거리로 계산한 추정치이며 실제 운항 시간표가 아닙니다. 직항 여부, 실제 소요 시간, 가격은 항공사나 항공권 검색 서비스에서 확인해야 합니다.
• 나라 정보, 인구, 대표 음식, 관광청 계정은 공개 자료를 바탕으로 정리한 것으로, 최신이 아니거나 오류가 있을 수 있습니다.
• 지도의 국경과 지명은 Natural Earth 자료를 따르며, 영토나 주권에 대한 운영자의 입장을 나타내지 않습니다.

제7조 (외부 서비스)

서비스에서 연결되는 외부 서비스(Google, Instagram 등)의 이용은 각 서비스의 약관과 개인정보처리방침을 따르며, 운영자는 외부 서비스의 내용이나 거래에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

제8조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 다른 사람의 이메일이나 계정을 도용하는 행위
• 서비스나 서버에 비정상적인 부하를 주거나, 보안 장치를 우회·방해하는 행위
• 자동화된 수단으로 서비스의 데이터를 대량으로 수집하는 행위
• 관련 법령이나 이 약관을 위반하는 행위

제9조 (지식재산권과 자료 출처)

서비스의 디자인, 아기 캐릭터, 코드 등에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 다음 공개 자료를 각 라이선스에 따라 사용합니다: Natural Earth(국경, 퍼블릭 도메인), mledoze/countries(나라 정보, ODbL), 세계은행(인구, CC BY 4.0), flag-icons(국기, MIT), MapLibre GL JS(지도 엔진, BSD-3-Clause). 배경 음악 “Pocket Ferns”는 MusicGPT로 제작되었습니다.

제10조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

운영자는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이나 서비스 종료는 사전에 서비스 화면에 알리며, 서비스를 종료하는 경우 저장된 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 파기합니다.

제11조 (책임의 제한)

서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 천재지변, 외부 업체(호스팅·인증 등)의 장애, 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다.

제12조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 먼저 아래 연락처로 원만히 해결하도록 노력하며, 해결되지 않으면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

Terms of Service (English)

These terms govern your use of “worldwidebaby” (the “Service”), provided by Yeon Hwa Chung (“we”). If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version applies.

1. The Service

An interactive world map for families: country facts, a representative dish, flags, distance-based flight-time estimates, links to Google Flights, Google Maps and official tourism Instagram accounts, background music, and (when signed in) “passport stamps” for explored countries. The Service is free and does not sell tickets or take payments.

2. Accounts

Anyone can explore the map without an account. Only parents and guardians aged 14 or over may sign in; children under 14 should use the Service with a guardian. Keep your email and Google account secure and don't share sign-in links. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Children and external links

We don't control content on external sites such as Google Maps, Google Flights or Instagram, and some have age limits (Instagram is 13+). Please supervise children when they follow these links.

4. Accuracy

Flight times are estimates calculated from distance, not real timetables. Always check nonstop availability, actual durations and prices with airlines or flight search services. Country facts, population, dishes and tourism accounts come from public sources and may be out of date or contain errors. Borders and names follow Natural Earth and do not reflect our view on any territorial or sovereignty question.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use someone else's email or account, overload or interfere with the Service or its security, scrape its data in bulk, or break the law or these terms.

6. Intellectual property and data sources

The design, baby character and code belong to us or their rightful owners. We use Natural Earth (public domain), mledoze/countries (ODbL), World Bank data (CC BY 4.0), flag-icons (MIT) and MapLibre GL JS (BSD-3-Clause) under their licenses. The background music “Pocket Ferns” was made with MusicGPT.

7. Changes and termination

We may change or stop all or part of the Service, announcing important changes in advance. We'll announce changes to these terms at least 7 days ahead (30 days for changes that disadvantage you). If the Service ends, stored personal information will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The Service is provided free of charge. We aren't liable for losses caused by natural disasters, outages at third-party providers, or your own actions, except for losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, as required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We'll try to resolve any dispute through the contact below first.
